Victoria Ajayi is a seasoned business executive with multi-sector experience across local and international organisations garnered in, Affordable Housing, Banking, Construction & Media. She brings with her a demonstrable track record of delivering growth, building strategic relationships, change leadership, alongside a robust market knowledge of the media landscape in Nigeria. Before switching to the media side of business, as a chartered accountant, Victoria worked in a corporate finance setting. Her extensive finance background provides her with strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot, articulate and exploit new revenue streams and business models. With this unique perspective, she is poised to transform TVC Communications into one of the largest, privately owned TV and radio broadcaster in Africa. Victoria has a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School, a Master’s in Financial Management from Liverpool John Moores University, U.K. and a BSc.(Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. She is also an alumnus of, executive programmes at Cambridge Judge Business School & Harvard Business School. Additionally, she is a member of the Institute of Directors and The Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria. She has been recognised as one of Top 100 Career Women in Nigeria and one of the Top 50 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria.
