Funmilola Odumuboni is a Partner in Deloitte Africa's Cyber Risk Services practice. She is an accomplished cybersecurity and technology risk expert with almost two (2) decades of experience supporting organizations across industries within and outside Nigeria in several sectors including financial services, energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing. She helps them to build secure and resilient technology environments. She holds a BSc in Systems Engineering and an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) and has earned numerous other globally recognized certifications, including CHFI, CDPSE, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and COBIT 5 Implementer. Funmilola was part of the team that pioneered the Cybersecurity Practice in Deloitte Nigeria and she was instrumental to propagating Cybersecurity in Nigeria over 10 years ago. Her core areas of expertise include: • Cyber risk assessment and strategy • Cyber incident investigation and response • Secure software development • Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment • IT governance and compliance • Security Compliance, Data privacy and business continuity management • Security Operations Funmilola has led major cybersecurity initiatives for global and local organizations, helping them to safeguard their critical information systems and align technology with business risk. She is a Past President of the ISACA Lagos Chapter. She is also a respected voice in the industry and has delivered several keynote presentations and papers on cyber-security.
